All Sales Are Final. Because every product on Peaceful & Calm is made to order specifically for you when you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind. Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items: While we do not accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@peacefulandcalm.com within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund for the damaged item.
